Stacey, a native of Milwaukee, possesses a deep-rooted connection to her hometown. With a solid foundation as a K4 grade teacher, she transitioned into her current position as principal at LUMIN in 2020, where she continues to excel and contribute her wealth of knowledge and expertise. Mrs. Luehring is a highly accomplished individual who has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's degree in Education from the prestigious Concordia University-Wisconsin.
Stacey is a dedicated professional who is happily married and blessed with a beautiful child, in addition to being a loving stepmother to two wonderful stepchildren. On top of that, she is a devoted pet parent to two canine companions named Winston and Vega. In her leisure time, she derives great joy from engaging in meaningful activities with her loved ones, prioritizing the importance of quality family bonding. In addition to her professional pursuits, she finds great joy in participating in various physical fitness endeavors, including hiking, swimming, cycling, and more. Stacey is a skilled seamstress with a talent for sewing.

Zasha Carter joined the LUMIN family in 2024 as the Administrative Assistant at St. Peter Immanuel, driven by a deep commitment to our mission of providing a Christ-centered education that prepares students for a life of faith, service, and leadership. A Milwaukee native, Zasha grew up on the northwest side of town and attended Pulaski High School. She furthered her education at Waukesha County Technical College and holds certifications in CBRF and child care credentials. Before joining LUMIN, she managed an Adult Family Home in Milwaukee, WI, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, teamwork, and resilience.
Zasha is passionate about her role at SPI, where she enjoys fostering connections with students and families, embodying our vision to nurture and empower future leaders who will make a positive impact on their communities. Her unique blend of personality, adaptability, and empathy aligns with LUMIN's values of integrity, respect, and service, helping her create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone she encounters.
On Saturdays, you can find Zasha cheering on her son’s football team, Prospect U, or indulging in her favorite pastime—shopping. As a dedicated mother of two boys, ages 12 and 4, she balances her professional and personal life with grace and determination. A devoted sports fan, Zasha's love for football is matched only by her faith, and her favorite scripture, Psalm 30:5—“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning”—reflects her optimistic outlook on life.

José Gonzales is an esteemed professional serving as the Operations Manager at LUMIN Schools, St. Peter-Imannuel Lutheran. With a remarkable tenure exceeding 25 years, he has established himself as an indispensable member of the SPI family. Due to his steadfast dedication to the school community, he has established himself as a prominent figure that families readily identify with the institution.
José was born in the state of Illinois and was subsequently raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. José, during his early developmental years, nurtured ambitions of becoming a professional baseball athlete. With a diverse array of experiences, he has transitioned into his current role, bringing a substantial amount of knowledge and expertise. Before taking on this newly created position, he has showcased his versatility by being actively engaged as a committed parent, coach, Athletic Director, and member of the Custodial staff. Mr. Gonzales obtained his Bachelor's degree in Human Services from the University of Upper-Iowa.
José is a committed individual who prioritizes his family, which includes spending time with his wife and six children. First and foremost, he takes great joy in treasuring moments with his cherished family.
